Favourable location as it's and really close to downtown, restaurants and wineries and all the best eateries. There's cool Mix Sweet Shop relatively near the hotel, make desserts etc. The rooms are impeccably clean, with a shared bath down a short hallway and super comfortable bed, for example provided.

There was nothing I didn't like!

Very attentive staff, tasty breakfast, favourable location near to the Plaza and, in turn, the OSF complex and the theater.

Guests enjoyed sharing breakfast with deer nearby.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with a kitchenette to make beverage breaks easy.

I stayed in the Double Room with Patio for 3 nights, and it was super cozy. Loved how clean and comfy the bed was. Plus, the beauty of the grounds really stood out with lovely spots to relax. No TV in the room was kinda refreshing too. The only thing was, maybe a bit more soundproofing would help for quieter nights, but honestly, it was peaceful overall.

the room was a bit noisy at night (could hear a lot of outside sounds). however, the spacious yard has lovely trees and is great for relaxing, and the breakfasts are made with fresh ingredients (that omelet was amazing). the hosts were friendly and shared great tips about the area.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room with Patio. The breakfasts were really good, using fresh ingredients with a varied menu. The grounds had a lovely pool and many inviting spots to relax. The owners were cute and provided great tips about the area. I would return.

The cozy atmosphere was perfect for our family getaway, and the short, pleasant walk to downtown Ashland's plaza made exploring easy. With pets in tow, we loved the lovely backyard where the kids and our dog could play freely. Plus, the delicious breakfast set us up for a fun day!

My children wanted more activities nearby.

The room had a community kitchen perfect for late-night snacks. A lovely backyard where we spotted deer. And the warm, inviting atmosphere.

Cozy room that was quite big, sharing a bathroom just a short walk away. It had some nice little extras 🌟. I had a great sleep here!
